Quick summary: 42 new tools across categories that didn't have much coverage before — Insurance (6), Real Estate (6), NRI taxation (4), Govt schemes (4), Banking (4), Health (5), Business / GST (5), Education predictors (4), and Cultural / Daily (4). With this batch we're at 170+ live tools, and every new tool ships with structured FAQ data + breadcrumbs + sitemap entries.

Why these categories

Looking at what gaps existed: insurance was completely absent (term cover, health sum-insured, LIC maturity, ULIP comparison). Real estate had stamp duty but missing rental yield, construction cost, RERA-mandated carpet/built-up conversions. NRI tax compliance is a big topic that wasn't covered at all (NRE/NRO, DTAA, section 195, 15CA/CB). And the Govt schemes side had Udyam but missed Mudra loans, Ayushman Bharat eligibility, e-Shram and PM Vishwakarma.

FAQ

Q. Why split Wave 3 from earlier waves? A. Lets us focus on category coverage. Wave 1 was tax/finance fundamentals. Wave 2 added breadth. Wave 3 fills the gaps — insurance and real estate were the biggest holes.

Q. Will you add more tools? A. Yes — next priorities are: stipend / internship tax, mobile EMI compare, fertilizer subsidy checker, voter ID booth lookup, more state-specific stamp duty edges. Open an issue on GitHub for specific requests.

Q. Are formulas verified? A. Where rates and rules are well-published (DTAA, section 195, ROC, IRDAI NCB), yes. For predictive tools (GATE/JEE/NEET rank, NIRF), heuristics are based on past data and clearly labeled as approximations.

Q. Can I embed these tools elsewhere? A. Not yet — but the source is open. Forking + self-hosting works.
